MISSION : Sales and customer sales and presentation skills training for Lacoste Japan Managers.


ACTION : 

Group coaching, group workshops, role-play with customers, online webinar, and photo confidence shots were delivered to over 30 managers of Lacoste in 2018.

 

Other Missions accomplished:

  • Organization of In-store events with new concepts.
  • Organization of themed fashion shows with new collection (new collection. underwear )
  • Recruiting models, DJ, musicians.

Acting in movies and commercials, selling on TV, and hosting events keeps Clara ongoing with new experiences and updating her knowledge on verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, allowing her to teach companies the most demanding techniques of human contact communication blended with digital communication.

We specialize in promoting high-end brands in the gourmet, Champagne, wine, and beauty sectors. For example, we recently helped a luxury Champagne brand increase its market presence through a targeted social media campaign and exclusive food pairing tasting events.

 

2. How do you tailor your brand promotion strategies to different industries?

Our strategies are customized to fit the unique needs of each industry. For a gourmet food brand, we might focus on collaborations with top chefs and high-end wine or Champagne makers, while for a beauty brand, we could leverage influencer partnerships and viral beauty trends on platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

Event Coordination

1. What types of events do you organize?

We organize a wide range of events, including product launches, corporate retreats, coaching days, wine and Champagne seminars, pop-up stores and exclusive tasting events. For instance, we recently coordinated a fun afternoon tea event for influencers on the theme of gluten-free in a tie-up with a Japanese tea sencha specialist. The guests were international, and it was very interesting to see Japanese people rediscover their own culture through the eyes of a foreign specialist!

2. How do you ensure the success of the events you coordinate?

We ensure success through meticulous planning and execution, customized to the client's vision and goals. This includes selecting the perfect venue (most of the time in-store events), managing logistics and digital promotion, creating engaging experiences. For a beauty brand's product launch, we might include live demonstrations, influencer meet-and-greets, and interactive stations for attendees to try products firsthand.

We can of course provide the service of inviting our own luxury customers to the guest list!

Sales Seminars

1. What topics are covered in your sales seminars?

Our sales seminars cover a variety of topics including storytelling, presentation techniques, and personal branding and a reminder of company branding. For example, we teach managers how to craft compelling narratives about their products and how to present these stories in a way that captivates and converts potential customers. We also create exciting interactive seminars with different guest teachers depending on the needs of our clients.

2. Can you provide an example of how your sales seminars have improved a client’s performance?

Absolutely! One of our clients, a large multinational, saw a 30% increase in sales after attending our seminar. We trained their sales managers team on how to weave the brand’s rich history and unique interaction and hospitality process into their sales pitches and welcoming attitude, making their presentations and interactions  more engaging and memorable for customers.
