The biggest year so far, welcoming over 1000 guests, media and influencers to the Palace Hotel!

For 8 years, I have been hosting each year the legendary Gault et Millau Japon, GALA welcoming all the top Chefs awarded the TOQUES by our GOURMET GUIDE each year ! Discovering new talents, but also the sommeliers, pastry chefs, or the hospitality industry, their devotion and passion towards their culinary arts is truly mesmerizing and seeing all my Chef friends being awarded was a heart-warming experience. Can't wait to go taste and discover more talents and producers !

I had the immense pleasure of hosting the annual Gala of the French Chamber of Commerce (CCIFJ) in Japan for the second year in 3 languages at Shinagwa Prince Gallery Hotel year, facing 950 guests, our biggest event of the eyar welcoming the French Delegation and announcing our participation at the Pavillon Francais for the 2025 Osaka Expo! All luxury brands and corporates from France and Japan gathered for this event while the guests enjoyed a beautiful menu created by MOF Chefs from France and a very special concert by the legendary French singer Elsa Esnoult! 

So proud to be French representing my culture on such a glorious stage!

Such a pleasure hosting HACK OSAKA 2023, 2nd edition of OSAKA, the LARGEST TECH event in Japan! Themed on accelerating innovation in Osaka, as an entrepreneur it was enriching to meet and greet all panel discussions on stage with TOP entrepreneurs from Asia! 

It was also very exciting to witness the "GET IN THE RING" business fight match between entrepreneurs on LIVE! Lots of start-ups gathered, which made it very motivating for myself to build start-ups as well! Thank you for your trust !

What a pleasure to host the opening of the flagship store of Gontran Cherrier  in Aoyama, the first one in Japan!

Gontran being an Artisan Boulanger, now has 2 stores in France and throughout Asia, Argentina, Morocco, and offers French classics created with local ingredients selected on site. 

In Japan, he is represented by the Nagoya Meitetsu group and i had the pleasure of being part of it.

Personally, I also love the place and use it very often. The terrace outside that you can enjoy with your dog enjoying the sun!

As a long-time lover and customer of ANA since I came to Japan with my family, it was such an honor and pleasure to be flown to France, my birth country, to Toulouse, headquarters of Airbus, to launch the legendary first of 3  AIRBUS of ANA in the design of turtle designed for the special flights "Hawaii-Tokyo".

Such a beautiful design is also made to give a smile to children and families. Hawaii is the biggest foreign travel destination for Japanese people! To celebrate this launch, the best pilots and stewards of ANA gathered presenting their amazing experiences, elegance and service. I also closely discovered the luxurious backstage of the aircraft with Rolls-Royce Engin. Thank you for thinking of me and making me dream of flying even more with you! 

What an honor to be hosting L'Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne (Champagne Order) for 10 years now, as Dame Chevalier de l'Ordre des Coteaux.  Each year we welcome more than 13 different owners of the most exquisite Champagne Maison in Reims, France. This order has been created in the 16th century in France and Japan. As it is the 3rd biggest market for Champagne consumers in the world, and number 1 in luxury Champagne, it has been an honor and such a pleasure to be hosting this event with elegance and refinement, representing my favorite World Heritage site in the world! Thank you so much to my dearest friends from various Maisons of Champagne!  

I absolutely loved once again hosting this launch of NEW Ferrari at Fuji Speedway, in Gotemba, the legendary F1 Circuit in Japan!

Ferrari, the origine of a legend since 1947, have been building cars in Maranello to win on the track and on the road. The biggest challenge is to challenge time!

With only 175 models to be produced, Aston Martin are making the Vanquish S the ultimate their crowning glory as they wave goodbye to the second generation GT.

I had the honor of hosting in KIMONO, one of the most traditional and authentic Kimono Queen competitions, in MITSUKOSHI NIHONBASHI, with the greeting words of Abe the Prime minister of Japan. Welcoming as judges the most famous SENSEI (teachers) of Kimono in Japan. 

As the authentic Japanese vocabulary, it was a very challenging event, but what an amazing and fruitful experience as a Kimono lover and having lived my entire life in the country of the rising sun! Thank you for your trust and congratulations to all the beautiful participants, including 5 different countries from around the world wearing them beautifully! Thank you for the beautiful opportunity! It was a true blessing and motivated me to wear it more often!

I had the pleasure of hosting at the headquarters of JETRO, a business event welcoming our French Ambassador of Japan, Laurent Pic, as well as the African Ambassadors of Japan with top entrepreneurs in Japan to discuss the economy in Japan in the form of panel discussions.

I had the opportunity of interpreting the speakers for this event. Very interesting perspectives witnessing differences of cultures yet finding a common ground for a common purpose, making Japan a better place to live in and more international.
